How we differ from other classes:
Rather than large, crowded experiences, this class is designed for small groups, allowing for personal attention, real interaction with the chefs, and a relaxed pace throughout the day.
This experience goes beyond simply making pasta dough. You will cook like an Italian, actively preparing fresh pasta, traditional sauces, and classic recipes, followed by a guided Chianti wine adventure that completes the journey from kitchen to countryside.
Forget tourist style classes. You will learn authentic pasta dishes and real cooking techniques from Italian chefs with professional restaurant backgrounds, rooted in traditions passed down from nonna to chef.
Take the flavors of Tuscany home with you. After the experience, you will receive exclusive recipes from our cookbook directly in your inbox and enjoy our apron as a keepsake of the day.
For those who want to continue the experience at home, you can also purchase locally made pasta tools, carefully selected by our chefs and shipped directly to your door.
