Our journey began in Dublin, a city that captivated us from the very first moment.
After exploring Ireland, we continued on to Amsterdam, with its canals and unique atmosphere.
The final stop of our itinerary was Berlin, a city rich in history and contrasts.

At Pasta Class Florence, our mission has always been to share the authentic soul of Italian cuisine with the world. Usually, that happens in our kitchen in the heart of Tuscany, but recently, we packed our rolling pins and flour to bring the magic of Italy to the vibrant heart of Dublin, Ireland.
Our Dublin Pop-Up was a whirlwind of flour, wine, and laughter, and we couldnโt have chosen a better partner than the Spade Enterprise Centre on North King Street.
A Culinary Oasis in Dublin 7
The Spade Enterprise Centre is more than just a venue; it is a cornerstone of the Dublin community. We were lucky enough to host our classes in their incredible shared kitchen space. As chefs, we were blown away by the facilitiesโthe space is a dream for anyone who loves to cook, fostering a sense of collaboration and creativity that matched our energy perfectly.
The atmosphere in the kitchen was electric. From the moment our guests walked in, the industrial-cool vibe of North King Street blended seamlessly with the warm, rustic hospitality of a Tuscan kitchen.
What We Created Together
With only 10 guests per session, the experience was intimate and personalโexactly how Italian cooking should be. Under the guidance of our professional chefs (trained in Michelin-starred kitchens), our Dublin students dove hands-on into the art of pasta making.
The air was filled with the aroma of fresh ingredients imported directly from Tuscany, ensuring that even though we were in the middle of Dublin, the flavors were 100% authentic.
Our guests mastered three distinct pasta shapes:
- Tortelli: Learning the delicate art of stuffing and sealing.
- Tagliatelle: Perfecting the long, golden ribbons.
- Fettuccine: Crafting the classic wide strands we all love.
But it wasnโt just about the technique. To keep the creative juices flowing, we enjoyed unlimited Tuscan wine throughout the experience. While the pasta rested, we moved to the stoves to cook and taste traditional Italian sauces, from our slow-simmered signature Ragรน to velvety creamy classics.
More Than Just a Class
The experience culminated in a full meal where everyone sat down to enjoy the three authentic dishes they had created. The transformation from strangers to a family sharing a table is why we do what we do.
To make sure the magic didn’t end when the flour was swept away, every guest left with a special Pasta Class apron as a gift and received our exclusive recipes in their inbox to recreate the meal at home.
A Huge Success
Our Dublin Pop-Up was a resounding success! We were so incredibly glad to host each and every one of you at the Spade Enterprise Centre. The warmth and passion the Dublin community showed us was truly special.
To everyone who joined us: Grazie mille! It was an honor to share our traditions with you. We hope to see you again soonโwhether itโs at another Pop-Up in Ireland or back at our home base in Florence.
