Our journey across Europe continues! After incredible stops in Dublin and Amsterdam, Pasta Class Florence has officially landed in the German capital. We are thrilled to bring our Pasta Class to life through a spectacular collaboration with The Social Hub Berlin.
Our partnership with The Social Hub actually began back home in Florence, and bringing that shared energy to their Berlin location felt like a homecoming. This isn’t just a kitchen; it’s a vibrant, modern community space that perfectly complements our traditional Tuscan roots.
A Tuscan Escape in the Heart of Berlin
Stepping into the shared kitchen at The Social Hub Berlin, the atmosphere was a perfect blend of Berlin’s edgy, creative spirit and the rustic warmth of an Italian cucina. Even though we were in the middle of a bustling metropolis, the scent of fresh flour and simmering sauces transported our guests straight to the rolling hills of Tuscany.
With our signature small-group setting of only 10 guests, every participant received one-on-one guidance from our Michelin-trained chefs. Using fresh ingredients imported directly from Tuscany, we ensured that every bite was an authentic celebration of Italian heritage.
The Hands-On Experience: Three Shapes, Infinite Flavor
Our Berlin students rolled up their sleeves and dove headfirst into the tactile world of fresh pasta. We spent the afternoon mastering three iconic shapes:
- Tortelli: Learning the secrets of the perfect filling and delicate fold.
- Tagliatelle: Cutting those classic, long golden ribbons by hand.
- Fettuccine: Crafting wide, elegant strands designed to catch every drop of sauce.
The energy was kept high with unlimited Tuscan wine served throughout the class—because, in Italy, cooking is always a celebration! Between rolling and cutting, our chefs led tastings of traditional Italian sauces, including our legendary Ragù and our signature creamy classics.
More Than Just a Recipe
The day concluded with a full sit-down meal, where our guests enjoyed the fruits of their labor: three authentic pasta dishes served in a convivial, family-style setting.
